For a firm, committed offer, we ask prospective buyers to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) together with their specifications (including grade, sulphur content for Pet Coke, purity for ICUMSA 45, and delivery terms). All financial flows are executed strictly bank-to-bank — no cash, no third-party agents. Full documentation (SGS inspection, certificate of origin, bill of lading) is released against a monetizable bank instrument (DLC) following a signed contract.
